Swim Groups
The swim team is currently made up of several swim groups. Our Stroke Group - Senior program is designed to provide stroke improvement and standard training base development appropriate to the swimmer’s age and ability. The goal of each group is to prepare the swimmer for movement to the next more challenging group. The coaching staff are responsible for assignment of swimmers to the various coaches groups. Any questions regarding the placement of a swimmer in a group or movement between groups should be directed to the coaches in charge.
